The Barnsdall Rio-Grande Gas Station is a long-abandoned gas station located in Goleta, California, that is mostly forgotten by outsiders. The Gas Station was one of numerous structures constructed by the wealthy Barnsdall Rio-Grande Oil Company to support its oil fields in the early 1900s.

The station, a showcase for the company's capabilities, was situated close to Barnsdall's expansive fields along the State Highway. The station was designed by an upscale private architectural firm in Los Angeles, which Barnsdall hired, and it opened for operation in 1929. The forty-foot-tall Spanish-style structure was the recipient of multiple architectural prizes. However, in spite of its beauty, the station experienced many difficulties and was permanently closed in the 1950s.
