7. Scottish Fold

Scotch folds are known for their deformed cartilage, causing their ears to fold. Described as looking as an owl, it is described as having a feathered appearance. The Scottish Fold was originally called Lops or Lop-Eared before the 1960s. The name Scottish Fold was only adopted in 1966.
