Nonstick cookware is incredibly simple to clean, as noted by Scientific American. Most of us are familiar with polytetrafluoroethylene, or "Teflon," as the unique coating on the pans. Food particles can't adhere to the pan's surface thanks to the Teflon coating. Teflon, despite its strength, is not unbreakable.

Non-stick cookware's Teflon coating can be damaged by metal utensils. One use at a time, metal tongs, spatulas, or whisks used for food turning, stirring, or blending erode the coating and cause the product to break down more quickly. Walmart or your neighbourhood grocery shop are the finest places to purchase nonstick cookware, provided you're not ready to pay hundreds of dollars.
