10. A Diwan-i-Khas Model

Given to: Elizabeth II, the queen Given by: Prime Minister of India, Morarji Desai Est.: Unknown The Hall of Private Audiences, or Diwan-i-Khas, is a room located inside Delhi's Red Fort. The Diwan-i-Khas was built in 1648 and serves as a reception area. Shah Jahan, the Mughal Emperor, hosted courtiers and dignitaries there. One of Delhi's most exquisite buildings, the Diwan-i-Khas, is built of red Sikri sandstone.

The intricately carved silver sculpture is housed in a dark wood/Perspex box with a velvet lining that is royal blue.
