7. Yogurt


Now that we have your brain and internal systems working efficiently, how about your muscle tone? In order to do that, you need to eat enough protein, and yogurt (especially Greek varieties) can provide that. As we age, our lean body mass declines, and studies have shown that spreading protein intake throughout the day can slow this process.
Plus, yogurt contains a lot of calcium, which is essential for maintaining bone density as we age. A person over the age of 50 and a man over the age of 70 should pay special attention to their calcium intake.
