11. Cushions

Purchasing pillows, particularly pricey ones, may seem like a lifetime investment. Sadly, that isn't true. Every two to three years, pillows that appear to be in good shape should be replaced. The likelihood of dust mites invading your pillow increases with its length.

Furthermore, the form will warp with repeated use. Uncomfortable nights and severe neck discomfort may result from this. It is preferable to change it every few years rather than give up years of restful sleep. Fortunately, most of the time, they are inexpensive to replace.
